Each user is given customization options to set up their project management tool the way they want it to work. One of the available options is to have Projecturf remember your last visited project and section. You can simply choose this when setting your App Behavior options as shown here:
Whenever you log back in to your account, you will be automatically directed to the last project or section you visited. This makes it easy to pick up right where you last left off. It also gives you the freedom to determine how you want your project management app to behave. Simply set your customization options and let Projecturf do the remembering for you. To learn more about additional options available, visit the support center here.
You can customize all email notifications for your projects. Customizing the emails allows you to create a message or signature for your business, which will be seen by clients, staff members, and project teams. To make a custom footer in your project management app, go to Templates under System Settings in the Account section.
Any project with email notifications enabled, will send all emails with your new custom footer. Just add your message in one place and it works on all emails. These can be turned off by project or section for each user. To learn more about the different account customization options, visit the support center.
Your Projecturf account gives you several customization options to fit your needs. This allows each user to set up their project management system in the way they work best. One of the first options is to choose a date format that you are accustomed to as shown below. This setting will be used throughout the app.
There are several other simple options you can choose from such as starting the calendar week on Monday instead of Sunday, hiding your email address, and automatically logging you in to the last open project. These are just some of the basic settings available in your account. Other important options include customizing the interface to match your brand, setting up project templates, and choosing your subdomain. You can learn more about all these options here. These personal preference and customization options were added to match your work style and help improve your productivity.
Adding a status to each one of your projects allows you to quickly see where all your projects stand and which ones need your attention. For example, if a project has been completed then simply select Completed from the list of statuses and you'll know that one is off your plate. You can choose from one of the default statuses or add as many new ones you'd like. You can easily assign the status to each project from the project settings page. Just choose from one of the existing options:
Or, create a custom one:
After you've added a status to your projects, you'll see it listed next to the project name on the Global Projects page. This is a great way to view what the status is across all your projects, with a quick glance.
You can also quickly sort by status by clicking the Status row heading to view projects based on status. The project status can be changed or updated anytime by going to the project settings page in your project management app. Assigning a project status is also a simple and effective way to keep the project team notified of changes or progress.
New to the Global Calendar in the latest version of Projecturf, events will be displayed for each of your projects in your chosen colors. After selecting one of the color options from the project settings page, all events for that project will show up in your new color in order to quickly identify them. On projects not given a specific color, the events will default to the chosen system color.
In addition to the color, you will also see the project name to the right of the event description in parenthesis. Both of these features allow you to quickly and easily differentiate between different projects in your web-based project management application.

The latest version of Projecturf includes a major redesign of the user interface which allows you to open multiple projects at once by pinning your project tabs. When you open a new project, the tab will pin to the top of your screen for simple navigation between your projects, similar to how internet browsers work. You can open up to six projects at a time and also rearrange them in any order you prefer using drag and drop. The new design also offers new custom icons and full brand customization of the navigation bar using your company colors.
The latest UI enhancements provide more vertical space resulting in less scrolling, inline panels for visibility of your project data when adding items, quick search feature available in most sections, viewing active timers from anywhere, an uncluttered and user-centric layout, and quicker navigation throughout your project management software.
A new feature just released is the ability to color code each of your projects on the Global Projects section. Customizing project colors provides another option to organize, group, and easily identify your projects. Choosing a color label highlights the entire row in your color selection.
Simply choose one of the 7 color options in the Project Settings page and hit save. Use colors to separate client projects, distinguish highest activity projects, create categories, differentiate specific types of projects, and more.

Projecturf offers 7 main color themes to tailor the app to your company's colors. In addition, we now offer page themes in version 2.0. Currently, we offer 2 main page themes; pearl and charcoal. The default theme is charcoal, but you can easily switch this in your My Account section under the System Settings bucket. Just choose the Colors tab and you can instantly see the change when you click the different swatches.
This theme was introduced so that the app could have a lighter feel for those who don't like darker sites as much. In addition, if your branding and logo would fit better on a white background, this is the theme for you.
Existing customers may not know about this option because you may already like your color theme and have it set. But if you check out the color swatches, you'll now see this additional option. Once set, this also affects your custom login page as well.
