The Dashboard section in Projecturf shows all recent activity on your projects. You will see when new files are added or updated from your dashboard feed. Instead of navigating to the Designs or Documents section to access the new files, you can simply click the download option to the right of the new activity as shown here:
This will also show up in the Global Dashboard which shows recent activity across all projects. This allows you to easily access files from any projects without jumping into a project and searching for the file. If you just want to view recent files, then simply click on the Documents or Designs filter on the gray bar.

There are several ways to view the latest activity on your projects in Projecturf. By navigating the Global Dashboard section, you will see a list of everything going on with your projects in one place. You will see the history for every section and project. All activity is date and time stamped and shows the person that posted it. If you want to view activity for a specific section such as Tasks, Tickets, or Timecards, you can use the quick filtering options as shown here:
Each one of your projects also includes a dashboard for viewing the latest activity. This is a simple way to stay in the loop on any project. With the new version of Projecturf, you can make changes to any of your projects using the Global Dashboard sections. Since the sections on the Global tab are used to view updates across all your projects, these enhancements will significantly speed up your work and help you get things done quickly. This provides a simple way to make changes while viewing everything in one place. You no longer need to enter a specific project to make the following changes:
Additionally, if you wish to quickly drill down into a specific item such as a task, just click on the task from the Global Calendar or Global Tasks section and it will filter to that project and task.
