Both major and minor releases for Projecturf are documented below. In addition, we have dedicated a topic in our Support Forum for discussions about updates. Since minor updates are made on an ongoing basis, the best way to follow them is to participate in our online discussions.

Hardware Upgrade (Published January 2010)

  • upgrade: transition to new cluster servers with Tier 1 hosting provider and upgraded hardware configurations to support growth and system-wide software update.

Version 1.8 (Published July 2009)

  • change: added .25 hour increments to timecards
  • change: added user and project names in timecard export file (.csv)
  • fix: corrected display issue with add new boxes in safari 4
  • fix: corrected non-secure items error in IE on help screens
  • fix: corrected minor permissions issue with author being able to view documents assigned to others

Version 1.7 (Published January 2009)

  • new: added due dates for projects (managed in the project settings page)
  • change: upgraded standard SSL security certificate to EV SSL (Extended Validation SSL) on all accounts for the highest level of security and data protection

  • new: added new new to duplicate a project, which copies all tasks and milestones into a newly created project
  • change: added capability to sort gantt chart alphabetically, by due date, or by start date

  • new: created a project completion report with percentages to track complete project progress
  • new: added a gantt chart for milestones and tasks that allows user to dynamically change date range and jump to item
