Syncing Projecturf calendars
Sync project calendars and tasks within your Projecturf account or sync them all at once from your Global Calendar. Calendars can be synced to any major calendar app such as Outlook, Google, iCal, and Mozilla. Click on the Subscribe button on the gray filter bar and the link will drop down from the top of your screen to copy and paste into your favorite calendar app. If you wish to include tasks in the calendar feed, check the box to include tasks before copying and pasting the link.

Setup syncing in Outlook
- To sync your Projecturf calendars in Outlook, start by selecting File - Info - Account Settings in Outlook

- Select the Internet Calendars tab from the Account Settings screen and click new

- The New Internet Calendar Subscription box will appear with a blank field to enter the calendar URL

- In Projecturf, go to either a project calendar or the Global Calendar and click the subscribe icon on the far right of the gray toolbar to copy the link. Check the box to include tasks before copying the link if you wish to also sync your tasks to the Calendar. The Global Calendar feed will sync all of your Projecturf calendars whereas a project calendar feed will only sync that specific projects calendar.

- Paste the iCal URL from Projecturf into the blank field and then click add. You will now see the events in your Outlook calendar.

Setup syncing in Google Calendar
- To sync your Projecturf calendars in Google, click the add down-arrow on the bottom left of the Google Calendar and select Add by URL

- A dialog box will appear for pasting in the Projecturf calendar URL

- In Projecturf, go to either a project calendar or the Global Calendar and click the subscribe icon on the far right of the gray toolbar to copy the link. Check the box to include tasks before copying the link if you wish to also sync your tasks to the Calendar. The Global Calendar feed will sync all of your Projecturf calendars whereas a project calendar feed will only sync that specific projects calendar.

- Paste the iCal URL from Projecturf into the blank field and then click Add Calendar. The calendar will now be accessible from the Other calendars section on the left.

Setup syncing in iCal
- To sync your Projecturf calendars in iCal, click Subscribe from the Calendar menu and the dialog box will appear for pasting in the Projecturf calendar URL

- In Projecturf, go to either a project calendar or the Global Calendar and click the subscribe icon on the far right of the gray toolbar to copy the link. Check the box to include tasks before copying the link if you wish to also sync your tasks to the Calendar. The Global Calendar feed will sync all of your Projecturf calendars whereas a project calendar feed will only sync that specific projects calendar.

- Paste the iCal URL from Projecturf into the blank field and then click Subscribe. The events will now appear on the calendar.

Setup syncing in Mozilla Lightning
- To sync your Projecturf calendars in Mozilla Lightning, select File - New - Calendar
- Select On the Network and click next
- A dialog box will appear with a Location field to paste in the Projecturf calendar URL
- In Projecturf, go to either a project calendar or the Global Calendar and click the subscribe icon on the far right of the gray toolbar to copy the link. Check the box to include tasks before copying the link if you wish to also sync your tasks to the Calendar. The Global Calendar feed will sync all of your Projecturf calendars whereas a project calendar feed will only sync that specific projects calendar.

- From Lightning, choose the iCalendar(ICS) format and paste the iCal URL from Projecturf into the Location field and then click next
- Make any changes you wish to the options and click next then finish. The events will now appear on the calendar.
- Set the desired refresh frequency under Tools - Options - Lightning - General - Refresh
Download events
To download a single event, click on the event from either the Project Calendar or Global Calendar. Next, click on the Download Event button to access the .ics file and add it to the calendar you are using.
