Adding files & inline videos
To upload a document to a project, click on the + sign to the far right on the navigation bar. If you are not seeing the Select File button to browse for a document, then you will need to install the latest version of Adobe Flash by clicking here.

Add Vimeo and YouTube Videos
You can add videos from Vimeo and YouTube into the Documents section and watch them inline. Go to the video webpage and copy the URL of the Vimeo or YouTube video from the browser address bar (not the embed link to the video). Now to add the inline video in Projecturf, click the + sign to the far right on the navigation bar. Then click on "Or, link to an external URL" to the right of the select file button. Simply paste the link into the Link field, set the permissions and options, and then click OK.

Using Vimeo Plus with Projecturf
Since Vimeo Plus only allows embedding on approved websites, follow these simple steps to get your videos to work in Projecturf:
- Go to Video Settings - Privacy Tab and select one of the following options for "Who can see this video?"
1a. Password protected video (Projecturf will require a password to view - this is the most secure option)
1b. Hide this video from Vimeo.com (can only be accessed or embedded by having the link) - On the same page under "Where can this video be embedded?" select "Anywhere" and click save
