Daily Progress Report
The Daily Progress Report is a daily email formatted in HTML for all projects you are associated with and includes the following items:
- New and completed tasks and tickets from the previous day
- Tasks that are due in the next seven days
- Events that are upcoming in the next seven days
- All overdue tasks on projects that have had activity in the last 30 days
Permissions
Project and System admins will receive the daily email for all projects in the system even if they are not associated with a project. All users will receive the daily progress report based on their permissions for the items in the list above on each project.
Turn emails on and off
The Daily Progress Report is turned on by default and can be turned off from the Account section. To turn off the emails, go to Account - Options - App Behavior and remove the checkmark to Receive the Daily Progress Email (HTML only). Each user has control over whether or not they wish to receive this email. Also, if a project has email notifications disabled, then the report will not include any items from that project.
Turn emails off for all users
To disable the Daily Progress Report for all users on the account, go to Account - System Settings - Personalize and uncheck the box next to Daily Email that says Allow users to receive the Daily Progress email. Only system admins on the account have access to this feature. Once unchecked, no users on the account will receive the Daily Progress Report.
